A FEW FAVOURITES FROM THEE OL’ SUNDOWN FOR YOU TO MIX UP AT HOME
Sundown Gin Smash
In an ice shaker combine:
2 ounces of your favourite Gin (I love Monashee)
1/2 ounce Lime Cordial
2 slices of cucumber
Squeeze in some fresh lime
Shake it. Serve over ice with a splash of bubbles and a slice of lime.
Classic Margarita
In an ice shaker combine:
1 1/2 ounces Tequila
3/4 ounce Cointreau
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce Agave Syrup
Shake it up. Serve over ice in a salted rim glass with a slice of lime.
Old Fashion’
In an ice shaker combine:
2 ounces of your favourite Bourbon (I love Bulleit)
1-2 teaspoons Honey Syrup
3 dashes of Bitters
Squeeze some fresh orange in there.
Shake it. Serve over ice with another slice of orange.

1/4 cup water
Boil these for a hot minute. Store in fridge. Will keep for awhile.
